3 Joyful Ways To Create Happy With Apples This Autumn.

Hi, Creative Friends-

It’s that time of year when the greatest of all fruits arrives in markets everywhere, beautiful apples! With a wide array of crunchy, sweet, and sometimes sour characteristics, apples make a great canvas for creating and making autumn beautiful.

This week, here are 3 ideas to create with apples and make autumn happy…

  1. Ultimate Winner: If temperatures are still riding high, try creating my award-winning apple-inspired milkshake! That’s right, you are reading the newsletter of the winning entry of the Zeal Creamery Milkshake Contest. Watch the coolest judges debate the winner and see the other entries here. Then whip up the best milkshake of the season: The Ultimate Apple Pie Milkshake which celebrates autumn’s most delicious and perfect apple, the Honeycrisp.

  2. DIY Happy: Apples are a great way to great creative in the kitchen but are also the perfect tool to make a happy DIY project. Try this tutorial by Creative Live “DIY Apple Stamps.” Gather a few supplies like this acrylic paint, watercolor cards, and ink pen and spend an evening creating joy and saying hello to Autumn with fabulous DIY greeting cards.

  3. Mantel Magic: It’s an absolute the Autumn shift pulls us to light up the pumpkin spice candles, clip a few Ginko branches and decorate the fall mantel with the crispness of the first fall frost. To make our mantels magical, we can look for inspiration at Good House Keeping. They bring us “30 Chic Mantel Decor Ideas To Celebrate The Fall Season.” Add a beautiful bowl of Pink Lady or Gala apples or this lovely Happy Apples Art Print from Society 6 and let the mantel swoon this September and let creativity bring happiness to Autumn!

Drop me a message and let me know what you are working on or how are you creating with apples.

Also, thanks for reading. This newsletter takes some time to pull together. Consider showing your support by forwarding it to someone who might need some inspiration or buying some of my artwork at INPRNT or Society 6.
